After taking a well earned break in
2008, the enormously successful Big Issue Film Festival is set to return in 2009.
Entry deadlines and screening dates are yet to be announced so watch this space for

The Big Issue Film Festival exists to support and
promote new film-making talent by offering amateur writers, producers and directors
the opportunity to reach an audience of cinema fans and industry heavy weights.
Brought to you in association with the Barbican Centre, Europe’s largest
multi-arts centre, the festival celebrates the cinematic experience. Entertaining,
challenging, thought provoking, tear-jerking and laugh-out-loud funny, we’ve
screened it all!
