24 hour London to Paris Cycle Ride

Key event details

  • Dates: 1 – 3 July 2016
  • Registration Fee: £99
  • Fundraising Target: £1000

The London to Paris cycle ride is back after 8 successful years, and this time we’re upping the challenge! Be one of The Big Issue Foundation team as we enter this 24 hour, 208 miles cycle challenge to reach the iconic city of Paris.

Join this challenge through the picturesque countryside of Kent and Sussex, crossing the channel at Newhaven, for a fast paced ride through the small villages and medieval market towns of Northern France.

You will arrive in Paris after more than 200 miles to see the legendary sight of the Eiffel Tower on the skyline to evoke a real sense of achievement.

This is a tough challenge, requiring good fitness, stamina and experience – and a healthy dose of self-belief!

The registration fee is just £99 and includes one night’s hotel accommodation, as well as all transport. All meals bar one are also included in this price, which feature a buffet style with plenty of high-energy foods to keep you going.

Fundraising is all part of the challenge, and when you register we ask you to pledge to raise £1,000. By taking part you will be helping us to support vendors like Dean, on their journeys out of homelessness.

Why not take a look at the photo galleries from previous London to Paris rides to see just how much fun the groups have, and think about putting yourself in the pictures this year!?

If you decide that this ride isn't the right one for you, then please do consider taking a look at our other cycle challenges, RideLondon and London to Amsterdam.
