Yo! Sushi
During your local school holiday dates, kids can eat free all day in Yo! Sushi restaurants when dining with a full-paying adult. There’s a minimum £10 spend and only one child can take the offer, and they must be aged 12 or younger.

Your child can enjoy a £1 meal at Sizzling Pub and Grill as long as you purchase an adult’s main meal. The offer is available all day, every day for this summer. The menu includes fish fingers, pasta, chicken wraps, pizza, and more. Get the offer.

ASK Italian
This summer, up to two kids can enjoy a free Happy Face Pizza or a pasta dish each from ASK Italian’s kids menu. From 17 July to 6 September in England and Wales and 29 June until 6 September in Scotland, those with the ASK Italian app can claim this offer. The offer counts for those purchasing an adult main meal as well. ASK Italian recommends the kids meal for children up to 10.

OK Diners

At selected Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, kids can eat a free main from the Ramsay kids menu. You will need to purchase an adult meal from the à la carte menu for every free children’s meal.
It’s available every day at Bread Street Kitchen, Heddon Street Kitchen and Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill.

Bella Italia
Kids can eat free all day, every day at Bella Italia throughout the holidays.
This offer is available from July 20 to September 1 and an adult main course must be purchased for the deal. The deal is available on their app.
The offer is unavailable at Center Parcs, Portsmouth, Paddington, Edinburgh Northbridge, Cranbourn St, Queensway 110 and 55, St Martins Ln, Strand, South Kensington, Shaftesbury Ave. and Wellington Street.

Purezza
Purezza, the vegan pizza restaurant, has a kids eat free scheme all year round! Children under 10 can enjoy a free mini pizza with a topping of their choice. Only one child eats free per adult dining. You’ll find Purezza in Camden, Manchester and Brighton.

Café Rouge
From 12 to 4pm every day, kids can eat free at Café Rouge. From macaroni cheese to fish goujons, any main item on the children’s menu is free when purchased alongside an adult main meal. See the full offer here.

Kids eat free on Sundays at the Real Greek for every £15 spent by an adult. The offer includes one meal from the children’s menu as well as an ice cream or sorbet for kids under 12.

Zizzi
Get a free pizza or pasta dish for your kids at Zizzi from 17 July to 6 September, Sunday to Friday. Zizzi is offering a free kids meal to “Zillionaire Club” members that have the app. The “Bambini meal” includes one starter, main, and dessert from their kids menu.
An adult main meal must be purchased alongside for this offer to work.

Las Iguanas
Kids can eat for free at Las Iguanas this summer break. You need to download the Las Iguanas app, and you’ll have to order a full adult main from their a la carte menu in order to be eligible for the offer for your kids. One kids meal is available per adult that has the offer on the app and the offer is available for kids under the age of 12.
The offer is not eligible on event or selected days at “Event Locations”.

TGI Fridays
Until 6 September, kids dine free at TGI Fridays. When buying an adult main meal, children up to 12 years old can get a free kids meal. This is available for new and old “Stripes” members through the TGI Fridays app. TGI Fridays also offer entertainment for children throughout their meal.

Bill’s
Kids eat free is back at Bill’s for the summer until 1 September. Monday to Friday, up to two children aged 10 and and under can eat a meal for free all day with every adult main dish. The children’s menu features favourites like Bill’s buttermilk pancakes, macaroni and cheese and fish fingers and chips.

Banana Tree
From 20 July to 1 September, kids can eat free at Banana Tree. The offered kids meal includes anything from the children’s menu which includes a katsu. Outside of summer, Banana Tree also offers free kids meals every Sunday throughout the year.
Banana Tree does not offer this at their O2 restaurant on event days and one adult meal must be purchased per child for up to six children.

Chiquito
Chiquito has brought back their kids eat free offer for the summer holidays. From 20 July to 1 September, kids can enjoy a free main, side, dessert and drink for the kids menu. The offer is available every day during the holidays.

Kids can enjoy a taste of Sri Lanka from 13 July to 6 September this year at The Coconut Tree. This offer is available for children under 10 and when an adult main meal is also purchased.

Restaurants at Heathrow Airport
OK, so you won’t be heading to Heathrow Airport purely for a meal (try explaining that to security), but if you are jetting off on a holiday in the summer break, it is handy to know that kids can eat for free in its restaurants from 20 July to 1 September. Morrisons Café
Children aged 16 and below can get one free meal with every adult meal. The offer only applies when you purchase an adult meal with a value of £5 or over, and it excludes cafe “Extras”. The meal includes one free kids meal from the kids menu and any kids drink. Read the terms and conditions here.

Dunelm
Many of the furnishing retailer’s branches have an in-store eatery, the Pausa cafe. Kids can get a ‘mini main’, two snacks and a drink for free, as long as an accompanying adult spends £5 or more.

Tesco Café
Kids eat free at Tesco Café with the Kids’ Pick ‘N’ Mix Lunch Deal when dining Monday to Friday. Your child will get a sandwich, a piece of fruit, two snacks and a drink. An adult just has to buy any item in the Tesco Café (that includes drinks). A clubcard is required for the deal to be valid.

Dobbies
Kids can get an 88p breakfast or lunch at national garden centre Dobbies, with one meal and drink available with any adult Traditional or Full Breakfast.

Or kids can get a “Pick ‘N Mix Lunch Box” for 88p with any adult main course.
Both offers include a free kids drink and are available from 25 June to 1 September.
It does not include the Beaconsfield or Hungerford. Sandholm, Andover, Lelant, Marple and York restaurants are subject to availability. It’s a 88p supplement for a kids’ Sunday roast.
The lunch offer’s available every day from 12 noon until 3pm, or the breakfast only until 11.30am.

Ikea
At Ikea, kids meals start at 95p with the pasta and tomato sauce. You could also enjoy browsing and getting lost through the aisles of the furniture store and make it a proper trip out! This is available every day from 11am.

Asda Cafe
Kids under the age of 16 can get a £1 meal deal at Asda all year round. They get a hot meal, such as penne pasta with meatballs, fish fingers, chicken nuggets and all-day breakfast. They will also receive a free piece of fruit. There’s also a cold pick and mix selection that includes a sandwich, drink and piece of fruit. And you don’t have to buy anything yourself to go with it!

Table Table
Two kids under the age of 16 can get free, unlimited breakfast at Table Table’s all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast. You have to purchase an adult breakfast at a cost of £11.99. It promises a freshly cooked full English with all your cooked and continental favourites.

Brewers Fayre
Kids can get free buffet breakfast at Brewers Fayre, which is also owned by Whitbread – just like Table Table. It is much the same deal as above. Kids have to be under the age of 16 to eat for free, and you have to purchase an adult breakfast for £11.99.

Travelodge
If you happen to be staying in a Travelodge over the summer, kids aged 15 and under eat for £1. Your child can choose as much as they like from the cooked selection, including prime back bacon, Cumberland pork sausages, free range scrambled eggs and more. Up to two kids can eat for £1 for every full paying adult.
Premier Inn
Kids eat free at Premier Inn! When an adult orders a full Premier Inn breakfast or a meal deal, up to two under 16s eat breakfast for free. Find out more.

Holiday Inn
Kids aged 12 and under eat (and stay) free at Holiday Inn. It is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel’s dine-in restaurant. Your kids will get a main course and dessert. An adult (who is registered as a hotel guest) must order at least one course from the full priced menu. It’s limited to four children per dining family, or up to two children per parent. Barbican Kitchen
Children under 10 can get a free kid’s meal at the Barbican Kitchen with every adult meal over £10 purchased. This offer is all year round. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Barbican. See the menu and more on their website.
Preto
Kids can eat free at Brazilian buffet restaurant Preto in the summer holiday and beyond. The offer is valid every weekday after 4pm and all weekend. This offer is open to children up to 10 years old, and proof of age might be requested. An adult will need to pay for a full meal.
It starts at £26.95 but you get an unlimited selection from the traditional Brazilian hot dishes and salad bar. You can get the offer at the Angel, Victoria, Queensway, Colchester and West End restaurants. Just click ‘offers’ on their website and then the restaurant you’re heading to to download a voucher.
