We can host The Big Challenge for up to 30 delegates, split into teams and pitched up against one another, like a challenge on ‘The Apprentice’

We have developed an innovative training package shaped around The Big Challenge. We tailor the day to meet your business and learning objectives, using The Big Challenge as the platform to put training into practice through experiential learning.

We are flexible in the format to ensure it is bespoke to your business needs, using our in-house facilitators or an external trainer, as per your objectives.

The Big Leadership Challenge – Leadership workshop

Objective:
To develop leadership skills

By the end of the day, delegates will be able to:

  • Explain what motivates people
  • Learn to recognise people’s drivers
  • Improve performance through coaching
  • Recognise the impact of their own “state” on others

The Big Resilience Challenge - Resilience workshop

Objective:
To better manage and deal with negative events

Outcomes:
By the end of the day, delegates will be able to:

  • Understand the source of negative thoughts
  • Recognise the thoughts and feelings (and their impact on others)
  • Apply techniques to manage such thoughts

The Big Team Challenge – Team building

Objective:
To develop a more cohesive and supportive team

Outcomes:
By the end of the day, delegates will be able to:

  • Identify the stage of team development
  • Understand their roles in teams
  • Apply different approaches to conflict
  • Work better as a team
