Simple make a free booking at over 4,993 restaurants across the UK online or via the ChariTable Bookings and £1 per diner will be donated to The Big Issue Foundation.

With the winter months on their way, we are pleased to announce that we are getting ready for our 5th annual Big Knitathon! This year, the Big Knitathon will span the whole of November, so Big Knitters will have plenty of time to enjoy the challenge.

The past 11 days have seen one of our supporters, Melissa, undertake a huge challenge in support of The Big Issue Foundation: climbing Mount Kilimanjaro! Yesterday, Melissa returned from reaching the summit of Africa’s highest mountain and one of the world’s most iconic peaks. Melissa has shown fantastic support for Big Issue vendors whilst working with our Bournemouth team as part of her role for Dorset HealthCare as a Specialist Mental Health Practitioner for the Homeless - this is what inspired her to take up the challenge of climbing Kilimanjaro for The Big Issue Foundation.

Now the weekend has passed, we are welcoming back our London to Amsterdam Cycle Challenge team, who arrived back in London on Monday evening. The team of 14 departed London on Saturday morning, beginning their challenge by cycling to Harwich, the northern most coastal town within Essex.

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open forThe Big Night Walk 2017, taking place on Friday 3rd March 2017!  After the success of the 2016 event, we are delighted to announce that it is returning for the seventh time!

This year we had more interest in the walk than ever before so are expecting the 300 spaces to fill up fast in 2017. We are encouraging those people who want to join us on the walk to register quickly to secure their places and avoid disappointment. The night promises to be a Friday night  like no other, so don’t miss out!

Since our appeal launched last month our supporters have raised just over £7,000 to support Big Issue vendors across the UK, empowering them to reach their goals and aspirations for the future. It’s a great achievement so far and we join Big Issue vendors across the UK, in thanking everyone who has supported us in these uncertain times.
